Kintish has been 'seriously' training indivduals in networking skills since 2002. In that time, we have built up a strong reputation amongst our
clients that we have provided business networking training for. We already have 3 franchisees on board the Kintish team but we are always on the look out for more!
Mum's The Work!
A recent article has highlighted the positives for working mothers and new mothers returning to work in franchise opportunities. And best of all you don't have to be a millionaire!
In recent years, working mums have chosen to set up their own businesses. This is mainly due to them being able to work their own hours and being able to juggle their work and family life more effectively. With a franchise in another company this is also the case apart from all the ground work for the business is done for you!
Four main rules were pointed out when considering purchasing a franchise in a company,
1. Talk to other franchisees. Here at Kintish, we have 3 franchisees already, 2 of them women juggling family and work. By talking to other franchisees you can get first hand experience of what it is like.
2. Don't take things at face value. Make sure you talk to the owner of the business. Will Kintish is available to talk things over with you if you were interested in a franchise and ask as many questions as you want.
3. Get legal advice. There will be paperwork involved so find an experienced solicitor who has dealt with franchise agreements before.
4. Check the training. Always know the training system that a company will provide for you before signing up. Here are Kintish we have a business networking training procedure that all new franchisees go through before they're let out on their own!
